TRACKING: We do not offer online tracking for your order. If you would like an update on your orders delivery status, please email us at hello@fncookies.com
SUMMER HOME DELIVERIES: To ensure the cookies stay out of the warm weather, please make sure someone is home to accept the delivery.
APARTMENTS/CONDOS/OFFICES: A unit number and buzzer code are required for deliveries to apartment/condo/office buildings. Reception/concierge will not always accept these deliveries. If the recipient is not home and we cannot leave the delivery anywhere, there will be a re-delivery charge to attempt a second time.
DELIVERY DAYS: Monday to Saturday (order by 11:45pm the day before, if we're not already booked). We do not do rush delivery orders on Saturday's outside of Markham. The only delivery option for Saturday is by 7pm.
ZONES: Toronto/GTA, Markham, Richmond Hill, Stouffville, Aurora, Newmarket, Mississauga, Brampton, Oshawa, Oakville, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering. Keswick, Bradford, Sharon, Mount Albert, Sutton, Gormley, Thornhill, Vaughan, Woodbridge, King City.
DELIVERY FEES are based on postal code and calculated at checkout.
